Prepare the Hardware

Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund eligibility.

Ship to Service Center

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

Technical Inspection & Refund

Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
